Steps
- Open the Isti app on your phone and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the Settings icon (the gear) in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- A warning appears: "This action is irreversible! Are you sure you want to delete your account?" Tap Confirm.
- Your account is deleted and you are signed out of the app.
This cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account cannot be restored.
What happens to your data
- Your name, email address, profile photo and bio are removed from your account.
- Your account is deactivated and you will no longer be able to sign in to it.
- Activity such as saved restaurants and check-ins is no longer linked to your name or email.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in to the app, send us a deletion request through our
support page using the email address linked to your
account, and we will delete it for you.
